EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO FOUNDER- LOS ANGELES

We are seeking a polished, hardworking and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Founder. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience supporting high level executives in a fast-paced environment. Experience in an agency or the startup world is preferred but not required to apply! Typical hours are M-F, 10am-7pm, but a 24/7 mentality and go-getter attitude are required for success, as the Founder/CEO of the company is nonstop! Travel will be required occasionally.

There are some personal assistant duties associated with this position, so experience in that field is helpful as well. Typical duties will include calendar management, email and phone correspondence, errands, and much more! There is tremendous room for growth in this role!

Job Description:

  • Assist the Founder with various organizational duties

  • Handles all administrative duties for Founder; managing calendar, expenses, travel, invoices, and databases

  • Manage office duties including maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, bills, errands and shopping

  • Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment

  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs

  • Assistant Founder & Director of Operations to update and maintain office policies as necessary

  • Coordinate with IT on all office equipment support

  • Provide general support to visitors

  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires

  • Plan in-house or off-site activities for internal company events and celebrations

  • Bachelor Degree required

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in an Administrative Assistant Experience supporting an Executive in the account, brand, and/or client management space

  • Ambitious and welcomes challenges with a "no task is too small" attitude

  • Very detailed and very organized

  • A self-motivated/self-starter with a proactive attitude (able to see what needs to be done and does it)

  • Works well under deadlines and successfully prioritizes workload

  • Dependable and honest

  • Professional phone manner

  • Upbeat and positive, with a great personality and a professional appearance

  • Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and pride in delivering quality results

  • An ability to handle confidential information with discretion
